CONDITIONS OF USE

By submitting the $99 payment for this holiday promotion we hereby agree :

(a) I/We are a person that is aged between 25 to 65 (Candi Dasa) or 35 to 65 (Sanur) and who has a household income of household income of $55,000 (Candi Dasa) or $64,000 (Sanur) before tax.

(b) A couple (being two persons in an interdependent relationship that cohabit with one another) whom when taken together,
have a combined income equivalent to the criteria set out at (a) above.

(c) The Packages are not available to groups (three or more affiliated couples);

(d) We acknowledge this promotion is for accommodation ONLY. (Food, flights etc are NOT included.)

• (e) We do not intend to travel as part of a group, or with other holiday voucher holders.
• (f) We will not be redeeming the holiday in conjunction with other voucher offers.
• (g) We will attend a relaxed, informal presentation about the benefits of holiday ownership, with no obligation to purchase anything
