Q. Can I sell these
incentives directly to consumers through online
auctions or other sales campaigns?
A.
As a general rule, we ask
that our products NOT be resold directly to
consumers. They can be given away as bonus items
with purchase of any other product or service,
and bulk sales to other businesses are no
problem as long as we are contacted prior to
sale. Some exceptions can be made for non-profit
fundraising or other special circumstances, so
please
contact us before
beginning your campaign to see if it qualifies
for reselling.
Q. I'm 30 my girlfriend
is 25. My question is : Can we still use these
vouchers?
A. Yes but the
resorts prefer BOTH parties to be over 27 (Some
resorts 30)
Q. If we have a voucher
can we extend the 24 month use by date if we
need to ?
A. No. 2 years
from date of issue is the maximum life of a
voucher.
Q. Could you tell me the
name of the place I will be staying - is it a
resort, i.e., does it have restaurants or kids
club
A. The actual
name of the resort etc will be emailed or faxed
to you upon confirmation of your booking.
General descriptions including facilities are
available via the
Destinations
page the resorts do not
wish to be contacted prior to people actually
being booked. You are more than welcome to state
your preference of resorts however as these are
subject to availability we will book ANY of the
other resorts at the destination you choose if
your preference is not available.
Q: What does the
Voucher entitle me to?
A. 1 week
accommodation only.
Q. I was given the
voucher 6 months ago, now I would like to use
it. Is it still valid?
A. Yes, the voucher
has a life of two years from date of issue.
However, some aspects of the offer may have
changed.
Q. How do I make a
booking?
A. Complete the
booking form on
this web site and then
submit it or you can fill out your original
voucher and fax or post it.
Q. Do I have
accommodation details before I make a booking?
A. General
destination information is provided on
this web site,
this is the only
information that can be provided prior to the
booking. We have many properties and all have
different availability, however all are quality
standards. Once the confirmation has been made,
full hotel/resort details will be provided.
Q. Can you guarantee
me a booking from the request made?
A. We cannot
guarantee a booking being made on your first
request as the offer for accommodation is
subject to availability. However, we will
endeavour to complete a booking because your
pleasure is important to us.
Q. What happens if
the booking cannot be made?
A. All applicants
receive correspondence from us. We may have to
ask for further details from you. We may request
that you supply new dates or another
destination. If after this we still can not
fulfil your request you will NOT be charged and
you may apply for new dates any time within the
vouchers life.
Q. Can I pass my
Voucher onto family or friends?
A. Yes, so long as
they meet the terms & conditions criteria.
Confirmed bookings are not transferable.
Q. Can I change my
provisional booking?
A. Yes, the dates
and destination can be changed subject to there
being availability. This will be subject to
another booking fee.
Q. Can I add people
to my party?
A. The booking can
only be made for the couple originally stated on
the booking form. Should you wish to include
your children the resort may be able to include
them in your booking. Although, we ask for you
to include the full party size at the time of
the booking. We would not be able to include
additional adults.
Q. Other than the
booking and servicing fee, are there any other
charges?
A. You may find that
a refundable deposit may be required by some
resorts to secure a booking. Some resorts will
also charge a reasonable utility fee or
supplement to cover electricity, gas. Full
details will be made known to you at the time of
booking.
Q. Does the resort
do a pick up service and would there be a
charge?
A. Some resorts do
provide a free pick up service and others may
charge a for this. We would check the cost on
your behalf and provide you with details.
Q. I’ve received my
final confirmation and I need to cancel my
booking, what do I do?
A. As soon as you
are aware you cannot travel please inform us at
once either by fax, letter or e-mail. As the
resort has allocated accommodation for you it is
important that the accommodation is filled.
Should we receive a late cancellation ( a
minimum of 31 days notice is required) there is
a likelihood you will be billed for the
accommodation. The booking fees are
