1. The DreamHoliday4U voucher entitles the bearer and their partner - married/de facto (Subject to qualifying criteria) for 2 years to 3 nights/ 4 Days break within Australia, 4 nights/ 5 Days break within Fiji and USA or 7 Nights/ 8 Days holiday accommodation in a selection of destinations, subject to the chosen destination and date being available. This offer is subject to couple attending timeshare presentation during their stay and qualification criteria.
2. The accommodation provided is fully furnished and equipped. Meals, transport (including flights, transfers, airport tax) and personal expenses are not included. This is purely an accommodation voucher.
3. All passengers must be responsible for purchasing adequate travel insurance before traveling. ( the promoter ) and DreamHoliday4U accept no responsibility for any problems caused by a failure to purchase travel insurance and shall be entirely without liability. Resorts often have on-site facilities although there is no guarantee these will be available all year round.
4. You are responsible for any damage to the apartment during your stay and the resort may ask you for a breakage deposit upon arrival.
5. The accommodation must be booked within 24 months from voucher issue date. Availability will be extremely limited during school holidays and peak seasons. All accommodation is strictly subject to promotional availability. Minimum 28 days booking request notice is required to process the booking.
6. All passengers should ensure they have a valid passport and visa, if necessary, as well as any vaccinations, according to the immigration laws of the destination country. Please check your passport and visa are valid before confirming your reservation.
7. All booking applicants for this promotion must be between 25 -70 years old, either married or living together for at least 2 years, gainfully employed with a minimum joint income of $55,000 and must participate in a fun filled information tour of the resort lasting a minimum of 90 minutes during their stay. If any guest refuses to participate or has knowingly misrepresented their status, the resort reserves the right to charge the full rental rate of the accommodation and any other cost incurred by the guest during their stay. DreamHoliday4U accepts no responsibility directly or indirectly under these circumstances.
8. Booking Request submission confirms the understanding and acceptance of terms and conditions set out for information tour as part of the accommodation itinerary.
9. There is a one off fee booking fee of AUD$99 for any destinations per voucher at the time of booking UNLESS it is a prepaid voucher. If you wish to cancel your request AFTER your dates availability have been confirmed a $99 reinstatement fee will be payable if you wish to be able to reuse your voucher.
10. Please note that any customer purchasing the package as a single, must be truly single and cannot be married or in a de facto relationship, also the customer cannot travel with a friend and must travel for the holiday on their own and must qualify under every DreamHoliday4U condition.DreamHoliday4U reserves the right to reject any applications submitted in contravention of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Three separate dates & 2 separate countries should preferably be submitted in order for your application to be valid.
12. All applications must be received within 24 months of purchase/issue of the voucher. Any applications received after this date will be invalid. DreamHoliday4U must receive an application before availability can be checked or a booking made.
13. Booking requests may only be accepted a minimum of 28 days in advance.
14. This voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No cash or credit alternative is available. Lost vouchers will not be substituted. Strictly one booking per voucher per household.
15. Vouchers should be purchased from DreamHoliday4U authorized resellers and / or distributors.
16. Upon receipt of your completed registration and once an accommodation reservation has been made, written confirmation will be sent to you detailing your booking details. This document must be presented when checking-in to the resort. DreamHoliday4U cannot accept any liability for any failure to present proof of reservation at the resort when checking in, which may result in refusal to accept the reservation.
17. Whilst DreamHoliday4U will endeavor to match one of your selected dates and destinations, all accommodation and dates cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability. DreamHoliday4U cannot guarantee accommodation will be available on your three selected dates. If there is no availability on any of your selected dates and destinations, DreamHoliday4U will NOT charge the booking fee and may offer other similar options.
18. DreamHoliday4U reserves the right to charge AUD 300 ( or equivalent currency ) per booking if you fail to check-in on your chosen date. This cancellation policy only applies to the accommodation booked through DreamHoliday4U and written cancellation is not received a minimum of 28 days prior to check in.. Any other travel elements (e.g. flights, insurance, transfer) booked by a customer will be subject to supplier's standard terms and conditions.
19. Additional accommodation may be available at selected resorts, please indicate your preference in the additional information section on the booking form.
20. DreamHoliday4U will contact the participant within 14 business days of receiving the voucher.
21. All booking request forms must be received by ( as per the date on your vouchers T&C's) - any booking forms received after this date will be invalid. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
22. DreamHoliday4U must receive a booking request form before availability can be checked or a booking made.
23. DreamHoliday4U reserves the right to make minor changes to this offer at anytime after publication, subject to your statutory rights. Please refer to our web site www.dreamholiday4u.com.au for the most updated terms and conditions.
24. All information contained in this voucher also forms part of the specific terms and conditions of this offer. Anyone wishing to take part in this promotion must do so in complete acceptance of the terms and conditions. By sending the reservation, the bearer of the voucher agrees in full with these regulations.
25. This voucher offer and these Terms and Conditions contain all of the terms and conditions of this promotion, and cannot be varied by oral representation. No claims will be honored or acknowledged outside of these terms and conditions. The submission of a completed registration amounts to acceptance of these terms and conditions and to their interpretation under the Laws of Australia and the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland.
26. DreamHoliday4U, the promoter and its Authorized Agents have no responsibility for the administration of the resorts and will not accept any complaints regarding the quality or performance thereof.
27. Due to circumstances beyond their control, there may be changes to the organization of participating resorts or their owners. If this occurs you will be informed at the time of booking and a similar alternative offered.
28. Employees of The promoter, DreamHoliday4U or the Authorized Agent, direct family members and other people directly involved are excluded from this promotion and are forbidden from taking part.
29. The promoter and DreamHoliday4U may not be held responsible for any alterations to the times of flights or to routes and destinations, and reserve the right to withdraw this offer without advance notice in the event of force majeure such as war, earthquakes, disasters, calamities or similar circumstances, in which travel to such destinations is not advisable.
30. No vouchers shall be accepted when photocopied, torn, visibly damaged and illegible or where the same control code is used. DreamHoliday4U reserves the right to refuse vouchers presented by people other than those to whom they were issued. DreamHoliday4U shall not be liable for complaints regarding vouchers that are mislaid, incorrectly dated, incomplete, illegible expired or with parts missing.

32. Unless flight details are received at least 6 weeks prior to check in to confirm arrival, your booking may be cancelled.
