CONDITIONS OF USE

By submitting the $99 payment for this holiday promotion we hereby agree :

• We are a couple both between the age of 30 to 65 and who has a household income of $55,000 before tax.
• Or a single person that is aged between 30 to 65 and who has a household income of $55,000 before tax.
• The Packages are not available to groups (two or more affiliated couples);
• We acknowledge this promotion is for accommodation ONLY. (Food, flights etc are NOT included.)
• We do not intend to travel as part of a group, or with other holiday voucher holders.
• We will not be redeeming the holiday in conjunction with other voucher offers.
• We will attend a relaxed, informal presentation about the benefits of holiday ownership, with no obligation to purchase anything.
